What is actually inside

Two credit card slots, two pockets sized for a boarding pass or a spare ID, and the openings that hold the passport itself. That is enough to consolidate the paperwork of a trip into one object without turning it into a travel wallet you then have to carry separately.

RFID blocking

The cover blocks RFID, which shields the chip in a biometric passport and any contactless cards in the slots from being read while closed. It is a small thing, but it is the reason to use a passport holder rather than just a sleeve.

Size and material

PU faux leather, cruelty-free, in one size at 3.9 by 5.8 inches (10 by 14.7 cm). That fits most passports including the US passport, but passport dimensions vary by country, so check yours against those numbers first. On solid and darker colorways, some fading can occur along the edges over time.

Every print here is also drawn for the luggage tag, redrawn at the right scale rather than stretched, so a passport holder and a tag bought together actually match at the carousel.

Passport holder, cover, sleeve or wallet: what is the difference?

Holder and cover are the same thing and we use both words for this product. A sleeve is a single open pocket with no card slots. A travel wallet is larger and carries cash and tickets as well. This is a holder with two card slots and two pockets.

The cover material blocks RFID signals while the passport is inside and the cover is closed.
