What to include
To resolve things in one exchange rather than three, please include:
- Your order number, if you have already ordered
- The exact device model for anything about fit, for example iPhone 16 Pro Max rather than iPhone 16
- A clear photo for anything faulty, damaged or misprinted
- The exact text you want, for a personalization change
Time-sensitive requests
Orders are prepared within 2 to 5 business days, or 3 to 7 for personalized items, and production can start sooner. If you need to change a personalization, correct a device model or cancel, message us as soon as you notice. Once printing starts we cannot recall the item.

Faulty or misprinted items
If something arrives damaged or does not match what you ordered, we will replace or refund it. Send a photo of the item as it arrived, along with your order number, and we will take it from there.
