Personalization Guide

Personalised items are printed with your initials built into the artwork, not added afterwards. That produces a better result and creates one constraint worth understanding before you order: once production starts, the text cannot be changed.

How it works

You type your initials into the personalisation field on the product page. Before printing, they are set into the design file in a position and lettering colour chosen for that specific design, then the whole thing is printed in a single pass. The letters sit at the same depth as the stripes or flowers around them rather than floating on top.

What you can add

Up to three initials. Letters print in the order you type them, so if you want the traditional monogram arrangement with the surname initial in the centre, type it in that order.

Capitals, accents and punctuation

Type your initials exactly as you want them to appear, including capital letters and accented characters. We print what you submit and do not correct it, because we cannot know whether a lowercase letter is a mistake or a choice.

Which products can be personalised

Phone cases, AirPod cases, Kindle cases and luggage tags have personalised versions on many designs. Look for the Personalize button on the product page, which is the definitive answer for that item.

Changing or cancelling an order

Contact us as soon as possible. Personalised orders are prepared within 3 to 7 business days, but production can start sooner, so the window to make changes is short. Once an item is in production the artwork is fixed and we cannot recall it.

Returns on personalised items

Personalised items are made for one person and cannot be resold, so they are not returnable for a change of mind. If an item arrives faulty, or the print does not match what you ordered, contact us and we will put it right. That includes misprints, damage in transit and manufacturing defects.

Before you order, check

  • The spelling and order of your initials
  • The exact phone, AirPods or Kindle model
  • Whether you want glossy or matte, where offered

Those three things account for almost every personalisation issue we see.
