Phone Case Size Guide
Every case we make is cut for one specific phone. There is no universal size, no stretch, and no near-enough. This page explains how to identify your model and how to read our size lists so the case that arrives actually fits.
How to find your exact phone model
On an iPhone
Open Settings, tap General, then About. The Model Name line gives you the exact device, for example iPhone 16 Pro Max. Do not rely on the model number underneath it, which encodes region and storage rather than the body shape.
On a Samsung Galaxy
Open Settings, scroll to About phone. The model name is listed at the top, for example Galaxy S25 Ultra. Galaxy naming is dense: an S25, S25 Plus and S25 Ultra are three separate bodies with different dimensions.
If the phone will not turn on
The model number is printed in small text on the back of the phone or inside the SIM tray slot on some models. The original box also lists it.
Why a case for a similar model will not fit
Two phones can look the same size and still need different cases. Between generations, Apple and Samsung change camera housing dimensions, button placement, speaker cutouts and body thickness, sometimes by a couple of millimeters. A case cut for an iPhone 15 will not seat properly on an iPhone 16, and the camera cutout will sit visibly off center even if the case snaps on.
The most common ordering mistake is assuming a Pro case fits the standard model of the same generation. It does not. The Pro and Pro Max are different sizes with different camera arrays.
Our two case builds
Tough case
A dual-layer build: a polycarbonate outer shell over a TPU silicone liner. The right choice if you drop your phone. Supports wireless charging, but has no built-in MagSafe magnets.
Phone case with card holder
Slim polycarbonate with a single card slot on the back. It has no built-in MagSafe magnets, so it will not snap onto a MagSafe charger, wallet or car mount. Take the card out of the slot before charging.
Which devices we cut for
iPhone
The tough case covers the iPhone 11 through 17 series, including the Mini models, the 16e, 17e and 17 Air, plus the iPhone 18 Pro and 18 Pro Max. The card holder case covers the iPhone 13 through 17 series, including the 13 Mini and 17 Air, plus the iPhone 18 Pro and 18 Pro Max.
Samsung Galaxy
The tough case covers the Galaxy S21 through S26 series (base, Plus and Ultra), plus the S21 FE. The card holder case covers the Galaxy S21 and S22 series (base, Plus and Ultra). We do not make cases for the Galaxy A series.
We do not currently make cases for Google Pixel. The size selector on each product page is always the final word.
Glossy or matte
This is a finish choice, not a fit choice, and both are the same thickness. Glossy gives deeper color saturation and a reflective surface that shows fingerprints. Matte is softer in the hand, hides fingerprints, and mutes color very slightly. Bold prints tend to suit glossy; neutral and muted palettes tend to suit matte.
If you ordered the wrong size
Contact us as soon as you notice. A non-personalized case that has not yet gone into production can usually be corrected. A personalized case with initials on it is made for one person and cannot be exchanged once it is in production, so check the model before you place the order rather than after.
