NUIA Studio is a trade name of The Bohokids. The Bohokids is the seller and your counterparty for every order placed on this website.
What we sell and how it is made
We design printed cases and accessories for phones, e-readers, headphones and laptops, along with desk and travel accessories. Nothing is held in stock: every item is printed and assembled to order by our production partners, and shipped from the facility closest to your delivery address. Because of that, order changes and cancellations are only possible before production starts. See our Refund Policy for what this means for returns and cancellations.
Compatibility and trademarks
Our products are accessories designed to fit specific devices. Apple, iPhone, AirPods and MagSafe are trademarks of Apple Inc. Kindle, Paperwhite and Colorsoft are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. Samsung and Galaxy are trademarks of Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. We use these names only to describe which device a product fits. NUIA Studio and The Bohokids are not affiliated with, authorised by, sponsored by or endorsed by Apple, Amazon, Samsung or any other device manufacturer, and the devices themselves are never included with our products.
Our designs
All artwork, prints, photography, product images and website text on nuiastudio.com are owned by The Bohokids or used under licence, and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. You may not copy, reproduce, resell or use them commercially without our written permission. Buying a product gives you the product, not the rights to the design on it.
Prices and taxes
Prices are shown in US dollars and are stated per item. Any applicable sales tax is calculated according to your delivery address and shown at checkout before you pay.
Your rights as a consumer
If you buy as a consumer, your statutory rights always apply in addition to our policies, and nothing in our policies limits them. Our Refund Policy explains how returns and faulty items are handled in practice.

Accuracy of this website
We keep product information, prices and availability as accurate as we can, but errors can occur. We may correct errors, update information and withdraw products at any time. Colours on screen can differ from the printed result depending on your display.
Applicable law
Dutch law applies to this website and to every agreement concluded through it, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live.
