What if I get the model wrong?

Contact us before it ships. A non-personalized case can usually be exchanged; a personalized one cannot.

How long before it arrives?

Items are made to order within 2 to 5 business days, or 3 to 7 when personalized, then delivered within 4 to 11 business days in the US. Order early for a dated occasion.

Can I include a note?

Add it in the order notes at checkout and we will do our best.

What is the safest choice if I am not sure of their taste?
