Shipping & Returns

Everything we sell is printed after you order it. Here is the short version; the full details are in our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.

Shipping

Shipping is free on every order within the United States, with no minimum. Production takes 2–5 business days, or 3–7 for personalized items. Delivery then takes 4–11 business days, plus 7–12 extra for Alaska and Hawaii. We ship to US addresses only. An order with several items may arrive in more than one parcel, at no extra cost.

Returns

If an item arrives faulty, damaged or wrong, email us within 30 days with a photo and we will replace or refund it. Changed your mind? Unused, non-personalized items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Email us first for the return address; return shipping is at your cost. Personalized items cannot be returned for a change of mind, but faults are always covered. Approved refunds are started within 14 days.

Cancellations

Production starts quickly. Email contact@nuiastudio.com with your order number as soon as possible, and we will cancel if production has not started yet.
