How personalization works
  1. Check that your Kindle model is on the fit list above.
  2. Tap Personalize this case.
  3. Type your text into the field (initials or a name, depending on the design).
  4. Watch the live preview update, then tap Continue.
  5. Tap Save design, then add the case to your cart.

Prefer no lettering? Leave the field empty and save the design: your case prints with the pattern only.

Your text travels with the order automatically, so there is nothing to email us.

Good to know: the lettering is UV-printed onto the front cover in the same pass as the design around it, with a smooth satin finish. The field length depends on the design: up to three letters for initials, or a short name where the design has a name frame. Because your case is made to your text, it cannot be returned unless it arrives faulty or incorrect.

About the print: designs are printed flat onto the surface. There is no real glitter, gold foil, metallic or holographic material, so any shine or sparkle you see is part of the printed image. Colors can look slightly different depending on your screen settings. If you order matching items, the print can also vary a little between them, because each product is made from a different material and printed in a different way.

Please note: the Kindle itself is not included. Ports, buttons and the charging port stay accessible with the case on.
Care & handling

Wipe the case with a soft cotton or microfiber cloth, lightly damp with water. That is the whole maintenance routine.

Skip household cleaners, alcohol gel and disinfectant wipes. On a printed surface these lift the print rather than clean it, and the pale patch does not come back. That goes for your initials as much as the pattern around them.

Keep it out of prolonged direct sunlight. Faux leather fades at the edges over months of UV exposure, and it shows soonest on solid or darker colors.

Shipping is free to the United States, on every order, with no minimum.

Personalized orders are prepared within 3 to 7 business days. Delivery within the United States is then 4 to 11 business days, and you get a tracking link as soon as your order ships. Alaska and Hawaii can take an additional 7 to 12 business days. We currently ship to US addresses only. See our shipping policy.

Returns & Exchanges

Personalized cases are final sale. Because your case is made with your own text, we cannot resell it, so it cannot be returned or exchanged for a change of mind. Please double-check your spelling and your Kindle model before you order.

If your case arrives faulty, damaged, or the personalization does not match what you submitted, get in touch through our contact page within 30 days with a photo and we will replace it or refund you in full, return shipping on us.
