Good to know: the lettering is printed by dye sublimation in the same pass as the design around it, so it sits flush with the surface. The field takes up to three letters, which is what fits cleanly at this size. Because your case is made to your text, it cannot be returned unless it arrives faulty or incorrect.

About the print: designs are printed flat onto the surface. There is no real glitter, gold foil, metallic or holographic material, so any shine or sparkle you see is part of the printed image. Colors can look slightly different depending on your screen settings. If you order matching items, the print can also vary a little between them, because each product is made from a different material and printed in a different way.

Wipe dust or any dirt off gently with a clean, dry cloth. That is the whole routine.

Skip alcohol gel, disinfectant wipes and surface spray. On a dye-sublimated shell these lift the print rather than clean it, and the pale patch does not come back.

Returns & Exchanges

Personalized cases are final sale. Because your case is made with your own text, we cannot resell it, so it cannot be returned or exchanged for a change of mind. Please double-check your spelling and your AirPods model before you order.

If your case arrives faulty, damaged, or the personalization does not match what you submitted, get in touch through our contact page within 30 days with a photo and we will replace it or refund you in full, return shipping on us.
