Good to know: the lettering is printed, applied by dye sublimation as part of the same edge-to-edge pass as the design around it. It sits flush with the surface, so there is no raised or indented text to feel. The field takes up to three letters, which is what fits cleanly at this size. Because your case is made to your text, it cannot be returned unless it arrives faulty or incorrect.

About the print: designs are printed flat onto the surface. There is no real glitter, gold foil, metallic or holographic material, so any shine or sparkle you see is part of the printed image. Colors can look slightly different depending on your screen settings. If you order matching items, the print can also vary a little between them, because each product is made from a different material and printed in a different way.
Please note: this is a shell, not a folio. There is no cover over the front, no fold-back stand, no hand strap and no card pockets. The magnets work with Apple MagSafe chargers and accessories; we can't guarantee every third-party magnetic charger.

Shipping is free to the United States, on every order, with no minimum.
Personalized orders are prepared within 3 to 7 business days. Delivery within the United States is then 4 to 11 business days, with a tracking link as soon as your order ships. Alaska and Hawaii can take an additional 7 to 12 business days. We currently ship to US addresses only. See our shipping policy.
Returns & Exchanges
Personalized cases are final sale. Because your case is made with your own text, we cannot resell it, so it cannot be returned or exchanged for a change of mind. Please double-check your spelling and your phone model before you order.
If your case arrives faulty, damaged, or the personalization does not match what you submitted, get in touch through our contact page within 30 days with a photo and we will replace it or refund you in full, return shipping on us.
