Your text travels with the order automatically, so there is nothing to email us.

Good to know: the lettering is printed, applied by dye sublimation in the same edge-to-edge pass as the design around it. There is no raised indent to feel. The field takes up to three letters, which also keeps your initials clear of the card slot. Because your case is made to your text, it cannot be returned unless it arrives faulty or incorrect.

Worth checking twice, because a personalized case cannot be exchanged for a different model. On iPhone, open Settings, then General, then About, and read the Model Name line. On Samsung Galaxy, open Settings, then About phone.

About the card slot

The slot on the back holds one card. That is the whole point of it: a transit pass, a bank card or an ID, so you can leave the wallet behind for a coffee run.

One card slides in and out easily. Forcing two in stretches the slot, and once it has stretched it will not grip a single card properly again.

Please note: this case has no MagSafe magnets, so it will not hold onto MagSafe chargers, wallets or mounts. If you use a wireless charger, take the card out first. The slot has no RFID blocking.

About the print: designs are printed flat onto the surface. There is no real glitter, gold foil, metallic or holographic material, so any shine or sparkle you see is part of the printed image. Colors can look slightly different depending on your screen settings. If you order matching items, the print can also vary a little between them, because each product is made from a different material and printed in a different way.

Please note: this is a single-layer shell with a card slot, not a folio wallet. It has no MagSafe magnets. Made for adults.

Care & handling

Clean the case with a soft cotton or microfiber cloth, lightly damp with water. Take the card out first.

Skip household chemicals, alcohol gel and disinfectant wipes. On a printed case these lift the print rather than clean it, and the pale patch does not come back. That goes for your initials as much as the pattern around them.

Keep it out of prolonged direct sunlight, and away from hand cream and sunscreen. Full cleaning guide.

Shipping is free to the United States, on every order, with no minimum.

Personalized orders are prepared within 3 to 7 business days. Delivery within the United States is then 4 to 11 business days, with a tracking link as soon as your order ships. Alaska and Hawaii can take an additional 7 to 12 business days. We currently ship to US addresses only. See our shipping policy.

Returns & Exchanges

Personalized cases are final sale. Because your case is made with your own text, we cannot resell it, so it cannot be returned or exchanged for a change of mind. Please double-check your spelling and your phone model before you order.

If your case arrives faulty, damaged, or the personalization does not match what you submitted, get in touch through our contact page within 30 days with a photo and we will replace it or refund you in full, return shipping on us.
