How personalization works

  1. Choose your model and finish above.
  2. Tap Personalize this case.
  3. Type your initials into the field, up to three letters.
  4. Watch the live preview update, then tap Continue.
  5. Tap Save design, then add the case to your cart.

Your text travels with the order automatically, so there is nothing to email us.

Good to know: the lettering is printed, applied by dye sublimation in the same edge-to-edge pass as the design around it. There is no raised indent to feel. The field takes up to three letters, which also keeps your initials clear of the card slot. Because your case is made to your text, it cannot be returned unless it arrives faulty or incorrect.

Will it fit your phone?

Choose your model above. Each model has its own pattern, so the camera cutout frames the lens array instead of clipping it, and the card slot sits clear of the buttons.

  • iPhone — 18 Pro, 18 Pro Max, 17, 17 Air, 17 Pro, 17 Pro Max, 16, 16 Plus, 16 Pro, 16 Pro Max, 15, 15 Plus, 15 Pro, 15 Pro Max, 14, 14 Plus, 14 Pro, 14 Pro Max, 13, 13 Mini, 13 Pro, 13 Pro Max.
  • Samsung Galaxy — S22, S22 Plus, S22 Ultra, S21, S21 Plus, S21 Ultra.

Matte and glossy are available on every model, at the same price.

Does not fit: the base iPhone 18, iPhone 12 and earlier, any iPhone SE, or Samsung Galaxy S23 and newer. Our tough phone cases cover a wider range of models if yours is not listed here.

Worth checking twice, because a personalized case cannot be exchanged for a different model. On iPhone, open Settings, then General, then About, and read the Model Name line. On Samsung Galaxy, open Settings, then About phone.

About the card slot

The slot on the back holds one card. That is the whole point of it: a transit pass, a bank card or an ID, so you can leave the wallet behind for a coffee run.

One card slides in and out easily. Forcing two in stretches the slot, and once it has stretched it will not grip a single card properly again.

Please note: this case has no MagSafe magnets, so it will not hold onto MagSafe chargers, wallets or mounts. If you use a wireless charger, take the card out first. The slot has no RFID blocking.

Details & Features

  • 100% impact-resistant polycarbonate, slim and lightweight
  • Your initials printed into the design, not stamped over it
  • Card slot on the back that holds one card
  • 3D wrap: full ink density image transfer across the exterior
  • Matte or glossy finish, same price either way
  • Clear, open ports and cutouts, cut per model

About the print: designs are printed flat onto the surface. There is no real glitter, gold foil, metallic or holographic material, so any shine or sparkle you see is part of the printed image. Colors can look slightly different depending on your screen settings. If you order matching items, the print can also vary a little between them, because each product is made from a different material and printed in a different way.

Please note: this is a single-layer shell with a card slot, not a folio wallet. It has no MagSafe magnets. Made for adults.

Care & handling

Clean the case with a soft cotton or microfiber cloth, lightly damp with water. Take the card out first.

Skip household chemicals, alcohol gel and disinfectant wipes. On a printed case these lift the print rather than clean it, and the pale patch does not come back. That goes for your initials as much as the pattern around them.

Keep it out of prolonged direct sunlight, and away from hand cream and sunscreen. Full cleaning guide.

Shipping & Returns

Shipping is free to the United States, on every order, with no minimum.

Personalized orders are prepared within 3 to 7 business days. Delivery within the United States is then 4 to 11 business days, with a tracking link as soon as your order ships. Alaska and Hawaii can take an additional 7 to 12 business days. We currently ship to US addresses only. See our shipping policy.

Returns & Exchanges

Personalized cases are final sale. Because your case is made with your own text, we cannot resell it, so it cannot be returned or exchanged for a change of mind. Please double-check your spelling and your phone model before you order.

If your case arrives faulty, damaged, or the personalization does not match what you submitted, get in touch through our contact page within 30 days with a photo and we will replace it or refund you in full, return shipping on us.
